Could have been better I found a vehicle I was interested in online and received a call from Philip to come take a look at it with my husband. We arrived at the agreed upon I found a vehicle I was interested in online and received a call from Philip to come take a look at it with my husband. We arrived at the agreed upon time, but they couldn't find the vehicle. About 30 minutes of waiting and they finally found it. My dealings with Philip and the finance people left something to be desired, but the vehicle fit what I had been searching for. Although the vehicle had been detailed, there was an odor and I noticed several sticky spots and crumbs. They agreed to odor-bomb the vehicle, and I requested another detailing. The day I went to purchase it, the sticky stuff was still there. Also, I figured it was part of the paperwork to provide a list of what all was checked over in the shop on the vehicle - nope. I received a blank checklist and was told all of those things were fine on my vehicle. Not very convincing. Also on the purchase day, the finance office and my bank differed on some numbers and we ended up sitting there for 2 hours with 2 small, hungry children. Desperate, I asked for a bag of cookies or something for the kids, but the snacks were "put away" for the day. Seriously? I ended up doing my own detailing of the vehicle and found lots of nooks and crannies that should have been cleaned. Annoying. It's now 6 weeks since my purchase and I've yet to receive registration in the mail despite 2 voicemails and 1 phone conversation with Katie. I wish my experience was better, but I will not be buying another vehicle from Corwin Toyota. More

They Didn't Pay off my Trade for over a month I bought a really nice vehicle from Corwin Toyota in August 2018, I traded in a vehicle that I still owed money on. The business Manager told me to ca I bought a really nice vehicle from Corwin Toyota in August 2018, I traded in a vehicle that I still owed money on. The business Manager told me to cancel my automatic payments and they would pay off the loan. One week after my purchase I received a letter saying my payment for my old truck was late. I called Corwin and they said it was taken care of so I went on with my life, Fast forward one month and I got a collection letter in the mail saying Im defaulting on a loan for a truck that I traded in over a month ago. Again I called and asked to speak to a manager and no one would get back to me I checked my credit and it went down 17 points sense I visited this dealership and still no one gets back to me. your credit score is to important to go to this dealership. More
