Difficult to get a hold of and doesn't follow through. I was purchasing the vehicle from a few hours away. Kelly agreed to meet halfway and fix a few minor things prior to delivery. Upon meeting Kelly he w I was purchasing the vehicle from a few hours away. Kelly agreed to meet halfway and fix a few minor things prior to delivery. Upon meeting Kelly he was pleasant and easy to deal with. The paperwork was not completed properly and the items he agreed to have fixed had not been done. He apologized and said he would send replacements for the one that could be done. I checked back with him a week or two later and he said he hadn't sent it yet but would shortly. I waited a week or two and checked again, same story (sorry, will send it). I waited a week expressed to him my frustration and he apologized profusely and said it would be done ASAP. I again waited a week and a half without hearing from him and still have not received the part. Finally contacted a manager, we will see if they follow through. More

Refund issue I traded in my car for a new lease and was getting rude calls from Toyota financial lease dept for unpaid wear and tear. I was told by my salesman it I traded in my car for a new lease and was getting rude calls from Toyota financial lease dept for unpaid wear and tear. I was told by my salesman it would be taken care of. Well it never did. Tried multiple times to get a hold of him with no reply. I called and was put on with Lee Nieland and he listen to my frustration and took care of the problem. This is my 4th Toyota so am very glad he was able to help me. Kudos to Lee! More
