I gave David 1 star because he literally did nothing to help me while I was there. I dropped my car off on a Monday. He didn't keep me updated on my vehicles status while getting fixed. I had to leave mult help me while I was there. I dropped my car off on a Monday. He didn't keep me updated on my vehicles status while getting fixed. I had to leave multiple voicemails & text messages. Long story short I had to leave the dealership with my vehicle still not fixed. He didn't answer one text message or voice mail until I had to get off his supervisor. Even after that he would not answer any of my questions. Luckily I got a hold of a specialist & after 1 call & just a few minutes she answered all my questions & made me feel a lot better. I believe he intentionally ignored me & don't deserve the position he's in. Zero customer service. More
