Previous owner had left without finalizing a problem (large). New owner Orange Coast Cadillac reviewed the problem and corrected with General Motors. Gary Kuftedjian the service director went out of his way to correct a problem that was not his. He fixed the problem mechanical and fixed the lapsed General Motors warranty to cover same. It was nice to see ethics and honesty, put into a sentence along with car dealer. This auto dealer has my business going forward. More

Ben was very attentive to my specific needs in locating the vehicle with my specifications, and he was knowdlegable about the vehicle and it's accessories, including all of the vehicle operating systems. His no hassel, no pressure approach made my buying experience a pleasure. Ben took the time to introduce me to most of the dealership associates from the general manager to the service department manager, and the cashier. He has followed up with me to insure my satisfaction at least twice during the first 30 days of ownership. I give Ben and this dealership, two thumbs up! More

The dealership was very well maintained and clean. The staff was very helpful and Jason was a great person to work with. The reason I rated the price as good instead of great really is not a reflection of the dealership as it is the manufacturer. While I was working with Jason, I didn't feel the usual salesman type pressure that is very common at car dealerships. Very good job guys, and may be seeing you soon, the wife really is getting the new car itch! More
After an exhaustive search of all major dealerships in the Costa Mesa area I found an excellent dealership - Orange Coast Buick GMC Cadillac. Furthermore, Nicholas provided superb service. A few examples of why Nicholas and the Dealership were terrific: 1. Nicholas was very polite the moment I stepped foot in to the dealership, he greeted me with a smile, and took note of what it was that I was looking, my price range, and financial situation instead of pushing other cars that were of no interest on to me, like I had experienced at all the other dealerships. 2. I had an enjoyable experience with Nicholas --there was no pressure to buy today. 3. He was very patient on our test drives (we test drove two vehicles), and was very open regarding the differences of various models. He wanted to inform, rather than push a sale. 4. Upon agreeing upon a purchase price, Nicholas ensured that we received proper paperwork and had all the necessary materials. 5. When our new car was ready, he took over 20 minutes to walk us through all the functions of the vehicle (i.e. the navigation system, the climate controls, etc.). The first-hand tutorial was invaluable. The care he took for us to learn about the controls was outstanding. Overall, a very positive experience working with Nicholas and the Orange Coast Buick Cadillac Buick team. I highly recommend Nicholas and his team. Thank you again! More

This morning, as it began to rain, the window on the driver's side door of my 2002 Buick Century would not roll-up. I immediately went to the dealer nearest my office, which is Orange Coast Buick GMC Ca driver's side door of my 2002 Buick Century would not roll-up. I immediately went to the dealer nearest my office, which is Orange Coast Buick GMC Cadillac. This was about 9:30 AM. There was a bit of a line, but still two service employees immediately greeted me: Greg Smith and Scott Pritchett. They were both friendly and realized that I needed this repair as soon as possible. Scott informed me that it would take approximately 30 minutes for the technician to determine the problem (it was about 20 minutes) and invited me to wait in customer lounge. The lounge spacious and, while I waited, I was treated to coffee and donuts, which was a blessing since I hadn't stopped for breakfast. Scott soon informed me what needed to be repaired, how long it would take, and how much it would cost (a little steeper than expected). He also informed me that they had a shuttle service that would take me to my office, and then pick me up when my car was ready. The time frame and cost (actually a little less) where right on target. Plus, Greg, who was my driver, was friendly without being too talkative. He even offered me a bottle of water to and from, which was nice since I was thirsty. Another nice thing about the shuttle service is I didn't have to wait forever for the driver to take me to my office or to pick me up when my car was ready. When I paid my bill, even the two ladies at the counter (didn't get their names) were cheerful and polite. This type of customer service is something I haven't seen from a major corporation in years. I was so impressed that I took the time to speak with the General Manager, Jim Sarvey, so that I could compliment his staff. Well, he was just as upbeat and friendly as the employees I encountered. It's clear that this is a top-down attitude. I will definitely do business with this dealership again. More
This is by far the most unprofessional dealership I have ever dealt with. From the operator answering the phones( who by the way has no idea what is going on in the dealership name of employees ect.) I ended up driving to Martins and buying my Escalade from there. What was really astonishing was the fact that even the GM of the dealership would not return my phone calls or emails and always seemed to be in meetings when I swung by the dealership. I will not go back beware this is no way to treat customers that WANT to make a purchase. More
