Cottage Grove CDJR was so helpful in our search, and purchase of our new Ram 2021 Laramie Truck. We searched the RAM website for a truck that checked off all of the boxes for weeks (we could not find a purchase of our new Ram 2021 Laramie Truck. We finally found a truck on the RAM website, and it was due to be shipped to Cottage Grove CDJR. We live in Reno, NV and were willing to make the trip to Cottage Grove, OR to pick up the truck when it arrived. Paul was our original contact on the truck. He was very helpful and we had an accepted deal on the truck within hours. Paul stayed in touch with us about the delivery of our truck to their dealership on a regular basis. He was always very prompt about answering our calls and texts. Jeremy was also very helpful. Jeremy contacted us the day before we were to fly to Cottage Grove to pick up our truck and go over all of the paperwork, help to sign us into all the online RAM sites, and arrange for someone to pick us up at the airport. He handled everything for the day we were to pick up the truck. Radio picked us up at the airport in Eugene took us to the dealership. Radio was very friendly & knowledgeable about the truck we were purchasing and went over some of its features on the drive from Eugene to Cottage Grove. When we arrived our truck was right up front. We were shown the truck and everything about it. We then signed all of the needed paper work with Michael and were quickly on the road with our new RAM truck for our trip back to Reno. We were contacted by Paul and Jeremy on the day after our purchase to make sure our drive home went smoothly, and to check and see if we had any further questions. I trailered my Jeep to Cottage Grove to have a part flashed in the transmission. Brock, in the service department, tried everything he could but the transmission was shot. Before I knew it, a salesman named Jeremy called me and I told him what I could do and what type of vehicle I wanted. He got my information and called me the next morning to let me know what they could help me with, he asked me to look at a particular vehicle on their website and asked if I was interested in looking at it. I read the carfax and drove up there the same day to check it out. He already had most of the paperwork done before I got there, the whole process took less than an hour! They were the nicest people I ever dealt with in a dealership, and the process was absolutely painless! I love my new Hummer H3, even the bright yellow color! More
