If 0 stars was an option, I would have chosen that. Painful experience. As first time car buyers, my husband and I didn't exactly know what we were doing. Unfortunately for us, Bill Markley was like a s Painful experience. As first time car buyers, my husband and I didn't exactly know what we were doing. Unfortunately for us, Bill Markley was like a shark that had smelled blood. He took advantage of our naivety and really screwed us. We knew as soon as we left that we'd made a mistake and it was too late. To add insult to injury, Bill and the entire staff were unfriendly and unwilling to work with us after we realized we'd been sold a true P.O.S. The vehicle that we purchased had a long list of problems and unbeknownst to us, had been in an accident. We waited over an hour at the dealership while they "got it ready for us" and found out a week later that the oil hadn't even been changed, as evidenced by the sludge living in the oil pan. We were flat out lied to on more than one occasion when dealing with Bill and Dominic and so badly regret our decision to purchase from their dealership. Never, ever, ever again. They couldn't PAY ME to buy another vehicle there. Do yourself a favor an go somewhere else. Like, anywhere else. More
