The first 2 times i This is the 4th time I've taken a vehicle to Matt Taylor Kia in Lancaster and each time, I'm more impressed than the time before. The first 2 times it was to have the oil changed on my sons Kia Forte I purchased for Matt Taylor Kia in Lancaster. The 3rd visit was to have the oil changed in my SUV. Mind you, I have a lifetime warranty through the dealership I purchased my SUV and thought I had to have it serviced there or my lifetime warranty would be void. I'd mentioned I wish I could bring my car to Matt Taylor Kia to have my oil changed so I didn't have to go to two different dealerships. The Kia Service Dept was so helpful. They explained I could, I'd just have to call the the Lifetime Warranty folks, explain what I'd like and they'd supply me w/a reference number to provide the Service Dept at Matt Taylor. They even looked up the phone number for the Lifetime Warranty folks for me. I called and took my SUV to Matt Taylor Kia and was so excited to find my oil change on my Cadillac SRX was less than half the cost of what I've been paying at the dealership where I purchased the SUV. This recent visit was to have my headlight replaced. They were able to get me in immediately and I wasn't expecting them to wash my SUV. Not only that, b/c I still have my bike rack on the back, they hand-washed my SUV. Once again, SO IMPRESSED!!! THIS IS SERVICE!!! More
