Aiden was dishonest and said my documents were ready to sign. They weren’t. I was then lied to by the finance woman and was told she had to hand write my business name on all the forms and it would take 4 sign. They weren’t. Arrived at this Lancaster location to view a new two-tone Kia Soul that (per their website) was "in stock" .. only to find that it was expected to arrive in 2+ weeks!? Very disappointing as these two-tones are hard to find. Staff seemed scattered and not very helpful. For example, Coughlin Kia of Dublin had a two-tone Kia Soul advertised, which we inquired about .. and the entire time we were there the Manager was supposedly "still checking" on that vehicle to see if it was in stock. After a while we left, and once at home I called the Dublin location and that two-tone Kia Soul was indeed there. That phone call took me about two minutes .. so not sure what the Lancaster Manager was doing?? Anyway, we found & purchased one elsewhere. Obviously, our Coughlin Kia of Lancaster experience was not a good one. More

Made an online service appointment on a Saturday for Monday morning. Arrived a bit early and was immediately welcomed by the service writer. I arrived for the service on my vehicle and checked in with the service department. I get a phone call from the dealership about 30 minutes later telling me they are unable to do the service on my car be with the service department. To me this seems like having the part before you schedule the customer is a no brainer. Very disappointed that I drove 20 miles for nothing. More
