Reassuring I took my car in for routine service. During my stay I was told that I had a recall on my vehicle, but since it was not something that needed to be fi I took my car in for routine service. During my stay I was told that I had a recall on my vehicle, but since it was not something that needed to be fixed quickly they scheduled me the very next morning to have the recall fixed. It was so nice to have my vehicle take care of so quickly and have staff that were consciences of my work schedule. More

One of their sales people signed the loan paperwork for her when they made a mistake. They didn't send her the temporary title so she could get the registration and tags. When she called the service was horrible, and the male receptionist laughed at her when she insisted on talking to the general manager. These people are some of the reason car dealers are stereotyped as money hungry and dishonest. She did say Chad was sort of trying to make things better, but in the end her overall experience has been terrible. More
