My Honest Views and Experience with Coulter Cadillac My family and I have purchased multiple cadillac's since the mid 1970"s from Coulter Cadillac. This past weekend I purchased a Platinum Escalade. My s My family and I have purchased multiple cadillac's since the mid 1970"s from Coulter Cadillac. This past weekend I purchased a Platinum Escalade. My sales rep was Alan Hall and I also dealt with the general manager, Paul Gans. Both of these individuals were extremely competent and treated me with respect. They were honest as to the differences between the different levels of Escaldes and the financial costs. I should also say that the finance person I dealt with, Lynn, carefully went over the leasing agreement and the costs involved for each item as well as explaining the financial costs of different insurance options.I have read a number of reviews of Coulter which essentially say how terrible this dealership is or how awful their service department was for their particular problem. This has NOT been my experience and since this dealership has been in business since 1923 I suspect has not been the experience of the Phoenix market. I did not get a "smokin deal" on my new Escalade. I got a fair deal to both me and the dealership. I have been very satisfied with their service department over the years and expect the same experience concerning my new vehicle as needed. More
