We bought a used minivan from Coulter's. Both were nice & professional. We came in pre-approved through our credit union. Tony & his Sales Manager did push a bit to try & get us to use one of their lenders. We stuck to our guns since we already had a good rate. I would very likely use them again. Just do your homework on what fair market value on the vehicle is negotiate the added fees down. More

Ironically, my journey with Coulter started after my previous vehicle was brought in for repairs after an accident. Coulter Collision Center provided me with a loaner vehicle, and before long, I found myself purchasing a new Lyriq after my vehicle was declared a total loss. When some delivery issues came up, General Manager Paul Glans immediately got involved, took ownership of the problems, and made it clear that customer satisfaction was his top priority. Rather than making excuses, he accepted responsibility and worked to make things right. That level of accountability is rare and turned what could have been a frustrating experience into a very positive one. I also want to recognize Linda Daub for her professionalism and communication throughout the process. She was attentive, responsive, and genuinely cared about making sure I was happy with my purchase.
