I have had nothing but great experience with Coulter in the past. I talked Ed Stralko one of the Service Managers. He agreed to have their mechanics look at it and analyze the problem. It took them two days to get the needed parts but Ed stayed in contact the entire time and once they got the parts it was completed in amazingly quick fashion. While Ed was test driving the car he realized the drivers airbag light was coming on intermittently. They fixed that in less than an hour. Both problems were covered by warranty due to them being known recall problems. I will not take any GM vehicle I own now or in the future to anywhere but Coulter. More

Calm, family oriented and multiple options. We discussed my options, tried to make the best deal. After not being able to make a deal on the 1st option we made a deal on the 2nd option. I do think that the price could have been lowered on the 1st option for a veteran and the dealership take a little less profit. Business is business and I understand. This is our 2nd new vehicle from the same dealership in 2 months. That is why I thought maybe they could have given us more of a break on the 1st vehicle option. Thank you. More

Excellent Customer Service I had been looking at different luxury SUV's for months and I was pretty close to knowing what I wanted. It was down to a Denali or an Escalade. Joh I had been looking at different luxury SUV's for months and I was pretty close to knowing what I wanted. It was down to a Denali or an Escalade. John Skoko, Fleet Sales did an excellent job of helping me comparing the two vehicles side by side down to the nitty gritty. When I finally decided on the Escalade, John found me the one I wanted in the exact color with the right features. As if he hadn't been helpful or patient enough, when it looked like the vehicle wasn't going to show up in time for our road trip, John personally flew out to pick it up himself. John has provided the most amazing customer service I have ever experienced from a dealership! He is incredibly knowledgeable about the vehicles, highly responsive, and no-nonsense. Both my husband and I truly enjoyed working with John and would encourage anyone looking for a new car to give him a call. More

All questions were answered in a sincere manner. I felt like the price was fair but the best part was how skillfully and patiently Mr. Hall answered my questions. As an added bonus, all the troublesome internet, on star connections were made and my account set up on line with the new GM app. I can truly say that I couldn't have been more satisfied with the overall experience when I drove off the lot.
