I signed her contract gave her a check and was on my way. I tracked down Ed to thank him and when i said thank you he told that was his job to see that i was satisfied. As a Corvette owner i am ever so cautious to allow someone to work on my Z06. Ed happens to be a Corvette owner and i entrusted my Corvette with Coulter for some service work. Even though they did not get to do the work they sent me to another dealer and folowed my process thru. Ed and Tom's commitment to a customer is a lost art and should be viewed by all as a learning tool to others. So many times bussiness forget how they got big and profitable and that's thru customers. When you show iniative and drive and care as these two illustrated you earn a customer for life. I had such a great experience with Coulter Cadillac particularly with Glenn Hieser. From the initial call (after my internet search) to the last dealings today 30 or more days after purchase the custom particularly with Glenn Hieser. TRY THAT WITH ANOTHER DEALER!!!!I would certainly not have done so if the treatment I received was not exceptional. I hate most auto dealers and have never purchased a used car from one. The experience I had was a view changer at least from Glenn and his teams perspective. Not only did I get call backs when I need them but I did not get the high pressure annoying calls from someone bugging as with other dealers.
