I only go to Coulter for all of my automotive service needs for my Cadillac. I have always been pleased with the service I've received. My most recent visit was to replace wheels and tires that were st needs for my Cadillac. I have always been pleased with the service I've received. My most recent visit was to replace wheels and tires that were stolen from my vehicle. When I picked up my vehicle it looked great as it had been washed/cleaned inside and out. Coulter always goes above and beyond. I highly recommend them. More
Today unfortunately my car broke down very close to the Coulter Cadillac dealership. However I was fortunate enough to speak with Edward Stralko with regards to my car troubles, and even though I was not a Coulter Cadillac dealership. However I was fortunate enough to speak with Edward Stralko with regards to my car troubles, and even though I was not a paying customer or Cadillac owner, Mr. Stralko went above and beyond to assist me. He was extremely professional and courteous, and not only did he provide me with pertinent and helpful information, but he also took it upon himself to ensure that my car was towed to my local dealership so that I could go to work. My morning would have been exponentially more stressful had Mr. Stralko not helped me. The fact that he went to so much trouble to help a non-paying customer speaks volumes to his character. I am extremely grateful for his assistance. More

All service starts with John Thaxton, our service representative, who has become more of a very good acquaintance than just a customer service rep. This time our needs were for body work as I had an altercation with a concrete curb which badly damaged the lower portion of the right rear door. John introduced me to Patrick Sullivan who in turn introduced me to Amy Mulstay, a body shop advisor. Her estimate was below what I had expected. The work was done in a timely fashion and was perfect, both to the actual body work and to the matching of the paint color. I purchased my new SRX in the Spring of 2010 from Coulter Cadillac. At the time I was quite satisfied with the quality of the vehicle, the sales team, and the subsequent service. I moved to Denver, Co. i Cadillac. At the time I was quite satisfied with the quality of the vehicle, the sales team, and the subsequent service. I moved to Denver, Co. in the Fall of 2010 and had occasion to seek service at my local Cadillac dealer, Rickenbacher Cadillac. All service was performed flawlessly thanks to service director, Norm. When I had a problem with the chrome finish on my wheels and lower trim, I personally contacted the service manager, Blaze. He patiently listened to my concerns and told me he would contact the regional Cadillac representative and get back to me promptly. Several days later, Blaze called me and informed me that Cadillac would replace all of the parts in question at their expense where ever I would like the service performed. As I had returned the vehicle to Phoenix, I elected to have my original dealership, Coulter Cadillac, do the work. I contacted Coulter Cadillac Service Manager, Jon Thorne, who entrusted this task to his ever able assistant, Ed Stralko. As all Cadillac personnel preceding him, Ed was extremely professional and to the utmost helpful. He continued to make this entire process as easy on me as possible, demonstrating that the total Cadillac experience is luxury, from the quality of the product, to the exceptional customer service. I purchased my 09 Corvette from Coulter so I took it back there when I needed some warranty work. Ed arranged a day and time to bring it in and gave it the appropriate care while it was in the dealership. T there when I needed some warranty work.
