Top Shelf Master Techs and Service Advisors Mike and his Master Techs, ( John Imbriale) are straightforward. Very professional yet able to put your mind at ease. Bought car at Avondale Nissan but after first visit for service at Avondale was very disappointed with their lack of concern and inability to resolve issue. Came to Coulter hooked up with Mike and John and it became quickly apparent That my satisfaction was paramount. A 180 in the attitudes experienced at Avondales service desk. The issue was resolved quickly at Coulter and I knew I'd found an Old school dealership and service dept. Have had one other minor issue fixed in literally seconds by John that I was sure was going to involve a few days and a loaner.
