Whenever I needed some information on the trucks I was considering he got me an answer within a couple hours. Once I was ready to buy, I was pressed for time on the day of purchase. I asked Terry to be ready for me to arrive and be in and out as quickly as we could. From the time we rolled in we were rolling out in my "new"er truck in under two hours. He fully accommodated my request. I am not sure, but I actually think that the final detailing may have taken longer than the actual test drive, purchase, and paperwork.
