My 77-year-old disabled Father was in the market for a new car. Terry Matteson contacted me via my online inquiry. Within 20 minutes they called back and presented the best deal my Father and I could ask for. Terry promised me he would take care of my Father and not to worry as the whole process from trading in his vehicle to driving off would be effortless, transparent, and efficient. That was clearly evident when he came in on his day off to meet and expedite my Fathers needs ( spent 4 hours with him as my Father's insurance needed to be transferred and his agent was not available until that afternoon). My Father could not believe how professional and caring Terry, Scott, and the whole Coulter team were throughout his time there. I can't thank them enough. Being 2000-plus miles away I know my Father has a great dealership (with great new friends) near his hometown as do I. Unprecedented service from all (especially Terry Matteson). Simply the best anywhere! More
