BAIT AND SWITCH. I found a car I liked and visited the dealer to look at it. I had to go back to work but spent several hours that afternoon on the phone negotiating I found a car I liked and visited the dealer to look at it. I had to go back to work but spent several hours that afternoon on the phone negotiating the price and financing (hitting my credit score in the process). All was set and I made an appointment to meet the sales rep the next morning at 9. I arrived right on time (after driving 20 miles) and he informed me he sold the car a few minutes before our scheduled appointment. Not surprisingly, he then offered me a car that was $5,000 more than the one I had negotiated for. This is classic bait-and-switch -- and illegal. These guys are unethical and I wouldn't do business with them. I strongly recommend you "steer clear" of Coulter Nissan. More

My ordeal was a long process with a recall issue that went on for about 2 months, and I even worked with Scott Mcghie for this situation and ultimately they were able to get me into a wonderful truck that I got to take home yesterday!
