He was extremely helpful and helped me explore options I wanted to look at. Whole staff was great. They had everything from registration and permanent plates, to fresh wash and full tank of gas taken care of by the time I was done signing the paperwork. Whole process from start to finish was about an hour. This was very appreciated as I also had my 8 year old daughter with me. I went in there with the intention of buying a truck for myself an SUV for my fiancé and us. I was greeted immediately by two salesman and directed to Eddie, who would help me out. Eddie was knowledgeable about the trucks that would fit what I was looking for in terms of price, mileage, and options. The first truck he pulled for me to test was actually the right fit and I ended up purchasing it. He sat down with us and found us a brand new Traverse that would fit our monthly payment maximum that we felt comfortable paying. Eddie was very knowledgeable about the process and working within a budget; and did what I took to get us what we needed for our family. A week after driving the truck, a check engine light came on and it was shifting funny. Eddie arranged for me to have a loaner (typically only provided for brand new purchases) and had my truck in the service department in days. They found a bad sensor and while it was in there replaced a brake booster that was a recall. All this was done in days, and my truck is driving great again. I paid nothing for all of this. Eddie made sure that we were taken care of and he went the extra mile to do so. We have now purchased 4 vehicles from Country Chevrolet and I would recommend them to anyone that needs to make something work with your budget. More
