I wanted to give a big shout out to my sales rep, Luke Kersey and Dustin Hott (Finance man) for going above and beyond with my purchase of a 2021 Traverse. I came in with demands and a poker face and no matter what I said with my direct demands and responses, they still treated me professional and with courtesy. (Had a bad week dealing with other dealers who weren't even close to these two guys). I always try and give other dealerships my business but they never negotiate or treat me and my wife with the respect and professionalism that Luke and Dustin did. My wife thought they would turn me away but they exceeded my expectations with the new deal and rate. I can actually say, they fought for better terms and conditions whereas most dealers would not have. Great job and I will never cheat on Country Chevrolet again!
