I saw my car on-line but did not wish to buy an expensive vehicle I couldn’t touch due to previous on-line experiences. Then the vehicle’s pictures drew me into a position of calling the dealership and talki vehicle I couldn’t touch due to previous on-line experiences. Then the vehicle’s pictures drew me into a position of calling the dealership and talking to Mr. Darryl Fagan. He was polite, very business like and worked with me as I offered to trade a vehicle and purchase the advertised vehicle. He called me back within an hour and had a quote to buy my car and purchase the on-line vehicle. I was amazed at the very reasonable offer for the two vehicles. He then sent me a dealership quote and listed the vehicles and the financial figures. I traveled almost 400 miles to continue the buying process. I was greeted pleasantly by an employee and introduced to my salesman. He was professional and instantly began the process of reviewing my trade-in and going over in detail information about the car I was purchasing. It wasn’t long and I was on the road completing a road test. The car performed excellent and I was ready to conclude the transaction. My salesman insured me that the vehicle was prepared for the sale, introduced me to a mechanic to answer a couple of questions and all documentation was ready for my review and signatures. Everything was in order and I was further helped by Arch Randolph who was ready to complete the financial transaction. In just a few hours I was on my way. It has not been my experience when buying a vehicle to find a salesman very knowledgeable about the vehicle being sold and being prepared to complete the transaction in a friendly and timely fashion. Mr. Fagan is a consummate professional; who is very knowledgeable about his profession, is ready to assist in any manner to make the customer satisfied with their purchase, and he has certainly renewed my interest in purchasing expensive items on-line. My experience at Country Chevrolet in Warrenton, VA was exceptional and I would not hesitate to purchase another vehicle from them. If you would like a salesman highly knowledgeable about the product he sells, who takes customer satisfaction to a new level, and is genuinely interested in service after the sale then please ask for Mr. Darryl Fagan.
