He carefully listened to us, and made us feel like what we had to say was important and meaningful. He did not rush or push us at all. We felt completely comfortable to either buy on the same day, or postpone our visit to another day. What we particularly appreciated was how well Bert explained the vehicle’s design, safety and technical details. His explanations were easy to understand and to remember. It was also enjoyable to share military stories with him, as Bert is a former Navy Seal. He has led a fascinating life! My husband and I are also US military veterans. There is much more I might say about this fine gentleman/salesperson. Suffice it to say that we hope to interact with Bert the next time we are in the market for another vehicle.
