I have bought many cars in the past from several other dealerships. I have never been treated as well as Country treated me. I would recommend them to anyone. We came in with the notion that we wanted lower car payments but didn't want to downgrade too much from what we currently had (2012 Durango). Jack showed us the Jeep Patriot and we opted for the Limited version. Becky Friel was also very helpful and informative. She helped us understand every aspect of the financing from soup to nuts. We left with a vehicle we really liked, lower payments, full tank of gas and a life-time warranty. This vehicle not only saves us in monthly payments but it saves us in insurance and gas as well. We dealt with Crissy first, via the Internet, and then dealt with Jack when we came in for the closing. Crissy said that she would be meeting us when we arrived, but we never saw or met her. The agreed on price didn't offer much discount, only the factory rebates, which everyone gets. There was about a 100 dollar discrepancy in the Internet price and the actual price, which wasn't a deal breaker, but I was disappointed slightly by the situation. I had also added the new car to our insurance policy, even though Geico always offers a 4-5 day grace period for the procedure. The dealer wouldn't accept my word and insisted on proof of insurance before closing the deal. This also irritated me a bit. Overall though, dealer policies aside, Jack Davies did a great job and I will recommend him again. In fact, I already have. More
