Two other dealers I went to told me it could take weeks or months to get what I wanted so I should just take a different color. The experiences at the first two dealerships my wife and I went went to were, as expected, painful but we managed to "escape". Next up was Hyundai. We started looking at vehicles on their lot. A lady, Allison ,came out and asked if we were OK and said if we needed help to let her know and then left us!! After 10-15 mins we decided to go inside and ask some questions. Allison was quite excited and answered all our questions. So we then asked about pricing options (direct sale or lease) and we got direct helpful answers. She then worked with us and our budget to offer us an exceptionally good and fair deal. My wife is thrilled. Can't thank her (and here manager and finance people) enough for her professionalism and concerned attitude. Will willingly recommend this dealership to anyone looking for a new vehicle. More
