Not only did he provide me with all of the details I needed but he did so in a manner that was calming and allowed me to enjoy this car purchase. It took a while to process the paperwork but the staff worked hard to get me a low monthly payment. My salesman was low pressure, patient, knowledgable, and an all round good guy.
