This experience started off great with texting with friendly Jason and when I came in after work I met Allison. The whole experience began with the two in a joke about the fake coffee spill on her desk. They got me good but also made me really laugh and loosen up. Allison was very helpful, Walked me through everything and made it an easy process that makes me feel proud and successful. My boss had referred me to them and gave me glowing reports about them. As soon as I walked in, I was greeted by Bill McHugh. He 'got' me immediately but in a good way. He understood what I wanted, what I was looking for, my situation, etc. He led me to an Elantra, 2016 Value Edition. It is SWEEEET. I instantly fell in love with it and it is now over a week since I've gotten her and I can't stop looking at her and smiling at my purchase. I am a woman in her fifties and it feels good to be driving this (!!!!); She's beautiful with a sunroof, heated seats and seats that cool down for summer. She lights up pretty at night and has so many other wonderful features. She rides like a dream, very smooth and handles corners well. She is compact but does not look or feel like a comapct. I love the upholstery, sound system is good, has Bluetooth, Sirrius Radio. The headlights are very sporty. I had a 2003 Toyota Camry and thought I would miss that 6 cylinder engine. But this Elantra has some get up and go! I have to do a lot a of driving for I work full-time and I take care of my two elderly parents. I can drive with confidence that I'm in a safe car. And that they can get in and out of it easily as well. The service all around will blow your mind because everyone there treats you with the utmost respect and kindness. From my salesguy, Bill, who made me feel as comfortable as if we were chatting in his living room to a random employee asking if I would like something to drink. They treat you like you are at a 5 star hotel or something. And the day that you get that car, they are all cheering you on and genuinely happy for you. Bill called me a week later to see how things were going. I had wanted to put up a review immediately after I go the car but a family crisis arose immediately after. Yes...go to this "Xanadu"-like place to get your new or new 'used' car. :) More
