My first New Car: Hyundai Elantra SE I went to Country Hyundai for my first new car, my sales rep Roger was absolutely awesome, he really took the time to understand what i wanted, he exp I went to Country Hyundai for my first new car, my sales rep Roger was absolutely awesome, he really took the time to understand what i wanted, he explained the whole process to me, and I never felt forced into any sort of agreement. I was there to lease a 2017 Elantra SE, and i had never leased before, let alone bought my own new car so i was unsure of the whole experience at first but Roger was straightforward the entire time i walked in the door, to the time i drove off of the lot at the end of the day and I couldn't be more happy with my time interacting with him. I also want to give some praise to Melanie Zoelck who took the time to go over all the features of my new vehicle, and she went and took care of the inspection for me, and when she noticed a small stain on the door she ensured that it was sent back to the cleaning area and taken care of. Overall i was going into the dealership with high expectations, several of my family members have purchased vehicles through the Country auto group (Nissan, Hyundai, etc) and they always had amazing things to say, and when it was all said and done i too have those same words of praise.
