I have been a customer of Gary Rome's for a few years but when I went to see about getting a lease on a new 2017 Hyundai Tucson, they weren't too helpful about getting me to the monthly price I could afford. I still owed a bit on my 2012 Elantra and thought that was the reason but decided to check my options elsewhere, which brought me here. Scott was the most kind and helpful sales rep I've ever worked with and tried his hardest to get me to the monthly price I could afford. After what I'd assume was a lot of fidgeting with numbers, they were able to get me a GREAT deal on my car, one that I definitely couldn't have gotten anywhere else. Thank you for helping me out, I'm excited to be a part of the Country Hyundai family! More

Also, I was pleasantly surprised when I received "classes" on how to use all the new technology features that this car offers and was also told to come back any time if I needed more help. I have had two of these "classes" so far. My first technical lesson was with Melanie and then supplemented by Shinny and I was told to come back as I was a bit overwhelmed and my second class was again with Shinny. Shinny was my salesperson and my teacher. Extremely pleased with her! She also told me not to hesitate or be embarrassed if I have any more questions and to either call or come back in person. She is always willing and happy to help me. Great employee!!!!! I did ask about the clear protective covering outside the trunk area to prevent scratches when putting items into the trunk and was told that it should be in the package because I purchased a top of the line vehicle, but unfortunately it wasn't on the car. I am disappointed that it wasn't part of the package but I was told I could purchase it from the Parts Department and have the Service Department install it at a price of $91. I am not going to do this because I spent above what I was planning to on this car. Overall, very pleased with this dealership, especially my salesperson Shinny Santiago! More
