poor customer service from credit dept. On July 6th I turned in a 2015 lease & leased a 2017 Elantra @ that time I was told necessary to pay 1st payment of $250, which I did. At that time I On July 6th I turned in a 2015 lease & leased a 2017 Elantra @ that time I was told necessary to pay 1st payment of $250, which I did. At that time I asked both the salesperson (Shinny) & credit gentleman who went over contract "will my a/w payment for the 2015 scheduled for 7/23 be withdrawn?" NO, was the ans. On 7/10 I went to Country Hyundai to pick up the registration & signed another contract w/monthly payment now $252.47. Again, asked credit dept person (don't have names), are you sure my payment the 23rd will not be deducted. On July 23rd received an e-mail from Hyundai Finance of the payment of $237 was deducted (of course, meant an overdraft charge of $30) & credited to my account, representative advised me to cancel automatic withdrawal. Called Country Hyundai, was told the 2015 Elantra was paid, I would have to call Hyundai Finance. Per Hyundai Finance "2015 not paid off", still open account & when Country pays off than I will be reimbursed by check within 30 days. Called Country Hyundai again, left messages for credit manager & salesperson to return call.. Have not received a call, mailed a letter to the General Manager of Country Hyundai yesterday. As of today(27th) still no reply, still not paid off, Hyundai Finance representative did close 2015 account & entered my info for 2017 vehicle, again when Country pays, than $237 will be returned or applied to the current 2017 vehicle. For the past 4 years I have been praising Country Hyundai for great customer service & how great their service dept is to family & friends... well, that will no longer be the case. More

Country Hyundai I am always apprehensive when stepping into a dealership and purchasing a new vehicle. Since the initial greet to the delivery of my new vehicle I was I am always apprehensive when stepping into a dealership and purchasing a new vehicle. Since the initial greet to the delivery of my new vehicle I was comfortable the entire time. My saleswoman Shinny made the experience very easy and was never once pushy or displayed any typical behavior one would expect from a pushy salesperson. She was accommodating, sweet and helped answer all my questions. I will gladly refer anyone who is in the market for a new vehicle to visit Country Hyundai. More
