I have leased three Nissan Altimas in a row from Country Nissan, and I use their Service Department. This time, I felt that the three-year and four-year lease offers were a little too high, so I elected to Nissan, and I use their Service Department. This time, I felt that the three-year and four-year lease offers were a little too high, so I elected to buy the 2018 Nissan Altima I was currently leasing. The dealership was very responsive to two recall issues that were pending with my Altima. While I was disappointed there wasn't more "give" in my ability to negotiate a purchase price, the dealer I was working with, Jason LeClair, was very patient with my complaint in that regard and managed to make the whole process enjoyable regardless. This is a rare talent, in my opinion, and I very much appreciated his consistently positive attitude. Everyone else I dealt with was also impressive in various ways. That includes another salesman (Bryan Murphy, I believe), the woman who handles incoming phone calls (I don't know her name), and Svetlana and Kayla in the Service Department. I gave Svetlana, in particular, plenty of reason to get irritated, and she never did (or at least didn't show it). Another impressive trait. And, yes, I love my Nissan Altima. More
