Great deal, great service I drove down from White River Jct., VT to buy a used Leaf, but it didn't have a quick charger on it and I could have sworn it was on the website as su I drove down from White River Jct., VT to buy a used Leaf, but it didn't have a quick charger on it and I could have sworn it was on the website as such. Regardless, it worked out better, because I got a 2016 with only 2kmi and all the feature I wanted PLUS the 30kWh battery for just a few $k more. It was more than I was planning to pay per month, but a much better deal in the long run. Rose did a great job answering all my questions by email and the phone until she went on vacation, confirming personally things that were not 100% clear from the inventory sheets. Then she handed me off to Jason very smoothly. Jason was patient but responsive for a week or so of chatting with me while I was shopping around. Once I came down, he was very knowledgeable of the inventory and careful to be sure I was getting precisely what I was looking for, especially after he pointed out that the 2015 did not have quick charge, which saved us all a lot of headache. There were complications with the car I bought not having a title on-site because it was part of the loaner/rental pool there, but he laid out a plan to deal with that and the lease return of my 2013 Leaf so that there was no practical inconvenience to me. He even communicated with me while he was out of town on vacation to reiterate the plan and confirm that things were still on tract. Mark was fair and efficient. He seemed to use all his tools to do what he could to get me the best deal he could on the financing and laid everything clearly and consistently. He was pleasant and professional as we worked quickly a bit past closing time to finish the paper work. Some of the paper work had an issue with my name, and he got it corrected and reprinted in just a couple of minutes without any fuss. More
