Very Impressed I purchased my car here in 2010. After a couple of bad experiences with the service department, I stopped going there in 2013. When my car needed some I purchased my car here in 2010. After a couple of bad experiences with the service department, I stopped going there in 2013. When my car needed some pretty serious things checked out, I was told to go back there because they would know how to fix the issues. I have to say, I am SO glad I did. The customer service was above and beyond. They were happy to give me a loaner for the week and every day checked in with me to let me know the progress and status of repairs. Axel also took the time to explain what was going on and was not pushy when letting me know the mechanics recommendations . As long as Nissan continues to have dedicated, friendly and helpful employees in the service department...I will continue to go back there. Thank you so much! More
