Unfortunately at Country Nissan my appointment took longer than expected. But Since Country Nissan is so customer care driven they more than compensated for this lapse in timeliness. The service department staffers were friendly and helpful with the questions I had. They even had a staffer who went out to my car with me to explain features on the dashboard I was confused about ! I now know how to receive text messages in my car !!! The waiting area was comfortable and there were plenty of complimentary snacks/drinks to choose from! I am happy to drive an hour to get to their location ..... More

My recent car buying experience I just recently purchased a 2016 Nissan Rogue from Coubtry Nissan in Hadley this week. The salesman Alejandro was super friendly and knowledgable! There was a little back and forth but he hung in there to get us a price we were very happy with. He was personable and attentive throughout! The finance manager who organized the loan paperwork was also very nice and answered all of our questions! It was all around a great experience. I also loved the detailed review with Kailey during delivery stage and how timely my pick up was( less than 24 hours)... Just in time for the first snow storm!! This was my second car purchase from this dealership and it won't be the last! More
