You paid only a fraction of the difference of the change in MSRP from the vehicle you were quoted and requested on the internet versus the one you decided you wanted to purchase. Please don't even try it. I did not go to the dealership without knowing which vehicle I want. I have sent your staffs all the back up emails an none of the emails have indicate the price you've charged me. And no one ever response to my emails inquiries regarding the price. Especially the salesman name Tai. She knows what she's up to and I believed what she did to me is under the direction of your dealership. She's obviously do not want to lose her job over me. I have complaint to BBB, the Attorney General's office and the Springfield Mayor's office of consumer affairs. I have shown them all the emails and the truth will come out. You will not only lose if I come to the point I have to take you to the Small Claims Court, but you will lose a customer for life. Hope that's your business model to make $300.00 more.
