Ms.Simard,as I stated in my review,your dealership promises a $50 check if you buy a car at Country Nissan and you refer someone else who also buys a car from you and mentions someone as a referral.The person who referred me to you has never received a check(7 months ago !),and a friend of mine purchased a Versa this past January,mentioned my name as a referral,was told that I would be receiving a $50 check,and it has never been sent. Approximately 1 month ago I came in for an oil change,and I spoke to a woman named Jill ...I told her about this situation,she apologized,and she took down all three names whom I mentioned,which includes myself.She promised me that it "would be taken care of." One month later,no word from anyone at Country Nissan,and no $50 dollar checks to anyone.Deceptive,and lies abound here.An old saying: 1 time is a mistake,2 times a pattern,3 times a PRACTICE.I have heard about other people who have had the exact same experience at Country Nissan,as well.I don't like to be deceived or lied-to,and I will not be returning to Country Nissan in the future,and I will SURELY tell others about our classless experience.Your administrative people know about this; they just haven't DONE anything about it ! His name is Antti Kaisla,he bought a Versa from you back in the winter,he mentioned my name as a reference,and he was told that I would be receiving a 50 dollar check.His phone number is 413-297-3660.Mr.Edgar Robles,who bought a Juke from you approximately 2 years ago,referred me to you last October.He was also told that he would be receiving a 50 check,and he has not received anything.I gave ALL of this information to Jill approximately 1 month ago,and she promised to look into it and that she would get back to me.I have heard nothing from her.Poor customer relations,to say the least !!! Ms.Simard,nobody at Country Nissan mentioned anything about a "referral card" or gave me one ! Logic would tell anyone that a person cannot GUESS what your protocol is for a referral check if they are not made aware of it !!! I was TOLD that I would be receiving a $50 check after I mentioned that Mr.Edgar Robles referred me to Country Nissan,and your staff left it that---NO mention of a "referral card" ! I cannot logically fathom how Country Nissan would then put the onus of "proving" these referrals on an un-informed customer !!!
