I just checked my credit report and it seems you sent my credit application out out to 11 banks it should have only been sent out to Nissan because if they didn't want my loan then I surely wasn't buying from them, I had tried pre approval at home and the message said to go to your dealer because they may need more information about my purchase, don't send my credit application out to everyone without my knowledge especially when I didn't even know the appraisal on my trade and I was only financing with Nissan credit anyway, cmon don't play me, be honest and no games. Remember the power of the internet, I do.

The only reason we would send your credit application out to any bank is if you gave us permission to do so, we may send it to more than one trying to get you the best interest rate possible or to try and get an approval from a bank. Many times we can get better terms from a bank that doesn't represent an auto-manufacturer. All I am asking for right now is your name so I can go to the Managers and say "what went on with....." Please help me, help you.

The only reason we would send your credit application out to any bank is if you gave us permission to do so, we may send it to more than one trying to get you the best interest rate possible or to try and get an approval from a bank. Many times we can get better terms from a bank that does not have ties with an auto manufacturer. We do try to get everybody that walks through our doors, with the intent to buy a car, into a car that they like with the best interest rates and price possible. Banks determine what the credit risk is according to credit scores, past payment history, past employment history etc... and set the interest rates and assume the risk for financing a customer, we do not. Some of our customers are fortunate enough to walk in and pay cash for any vehicle we have, most need some financing and some we just can't help, no matter how hard we try or want to. Once again thank you for your review, it lets other customers know that we don't stack the deck and show only positive reviews.

I checked into how we determined which battery to put into the Infiniti and found out that we went off of our battery suppliers recommendation since we do not have access to an Infiniti product ordering page, like we do with Nissan. I read your answer with regards to the improper battery installed in my car. You could have obtained the correct info with a simple phone call to any parts house. Instead, the least expensive battery was installed. I would be pleased if you would send me a check for the correct battery. Steve
