The staff are very pleasant, cordial & courteous. This is the third late model used vehicle from 3 different dealerships I have purchased in just over 2 years and the time it took for this transactio This is the third late model used vehicle from 3 different dealerships I have purchased in just over 2 years and the time it took for this transaction was PAINFUL & excruciating. For the initial test drive/purchase agreement I had anticipated a couple hours. We arrived around 10:30 & left after 4:30!! Then the final pickup took another 2 hrs & I eventually left w/o our prepaid state inspection, because that would have taken another 1 hr or more! I hold NO animus, but stated clearly that l intend NEVER to repeat this experience! More
