Great, fast, dependable service at Country Nissan! I went into Country Nissan on 5/8/14 for a routine oil change and a passenger seat airbag recall issue on my Nissan Altima. I estimated that I would p I went into Country Nissan on 5/8/14 for a routine oil change and a passenger seat airbag recall issue on my Nissan Altima. I estimated that I would probably be there an hour so I made the necessary plans to clear my schedule. When I got into the service center, my car was taken in immediately and Beverly gave me a quick rundown and explained it would be about 45 minutes and also offered a complimentary car wash (which I gladly accepted). Imagine my surprise when my car was done in 30 minutes! Not only was the service fast and dependable everyone was super friendly and made me feel comfortable. I really enjoyed the seating area with the snacks and coffee and it was well maintained and clean. It's great to know you have competitive pricing for your services - in an ailing economy it's great to be able to save wherever you can, and I truly appreciate not being "ripped off" for an oil change after viewing your comparison chart on your services versus the competition. I brought my 2005 Pathfinder for service here multiple times for a variety of reasons. They fixed my car in a reasonable amount of time, and in addition they were the most accommodating service department times for a variety of reasons. They fixed my car in a reasonable amount of time, and in addition they were the most accommodating service department I have ever dealt with. If you need a rental car for the day, they just give it to you! On one occasion I had a meeting in New Jersey and they let me take one of their rental cars all the way to Jersey and back!!! The absolute nicest people and some of the finest and most professional service I have ever encountered. You will always be happy if you go there! More

I had the misfortune of losing the driver side windshield wiper pivot and link. I live in Vermont, and tried locally to have a repair done prior to my phone call to Country Nissan in Hadley, Ma. With Hurricane Irene on its way, I really needed it repaired to drive to work both Saturday, and Sunday with the predicted hurricane/tropical storm coming our way, as I work in the Health Care industry. I called this dealership, and they had the parts for my 2001 Nissan, and offered to have me "drive right down" .. even if it meant having one of the techs. stay late to do the repair work! I arrived there from Vt., about 20 min. before closing. They completed the work quickly, as well as being very professional, and courteous. The job was well done and the price was very reasonable! Thank you very much Rick White, and the service dept. Your work and work ethic is very much appreciated. You are a "breath of fresh air" with your kindness, and professionalism !It is people like all of you restore faith in all humanity! You are THE BEST!! Highly recommend your services to all. I can Not say enough good things about my experience at Country Nissan. All the employees in service were extremely polite and helpful. I never felt one bit that I was getting the run around. Even the sale Country Nissan. All the employees in service were extremely polite and helpful. I never felt one bit that I was getting the run around. Even the sales department greeted me while I waited for my car. Country Nissan, In my personal opinion has smashed the typical negative impression that other dealers have plagued the business with. On monday 5-2-11 my wifes car had broken down on the highway in deerfield ma. She called me and then called AAA auto. Not knowing any nissan dealerships in the area I told her when the tow comes to ask highway in deerfield ma. She called me and then called AAA auto. Not knowing any nissan dealerships in the area I told her when the tow comes to ask the driver to tow it to the nearest nissan dealer, which was COUNTRY NISSAN in hadley ma. When I found out from her where it was going I contacted the service mgr RICK WHITE.I told him my wife was on her way to his shop. I also asked if the dealership rents cars because I knew it would not be a quick fix. He informed me that he does not BUT that he would have a rental car agency waiting to get her back on the road.It was very close to his closing time as well as the rental car closing time. When my wife arrived Rick took her to the waiting rental car and she left to get the paper work done.Rick made sure that the rental driver told her the easiest wat back to COUNTRY NISSAN.When she returned Rick assisted her in transfering her suitcase paper work and other items, which were a weeks worth because her job requires her to travel between four different states per week. At this point Rick had her on her way and told her he would contact me with the results of what they find.As I stated they were closing very shortly and Rick told me he would have it looked at tomorrow. The next day he told me the problem and that the work was underway.He also took care of the few recalls that were listed.All said and done he turned a bad situation for my wife into a good one.Thank you to RICK and to COUNTRY NISSAN.
