At multiple points during the interaction, we were encouraged to ask questions so that everything was clear and to our satisfaction. The process was not rushed at all. We were able to negotiate with Djamal and his manager an agreed upon deal with no hassle. Djamal walked us through the features of the vehicle and helped us set everything up inside the car with our phones. Djamal took us to the service department to meet the staff there and review the process. I will happily return as a customer of Continental Nissan to work with Djamal. Juan Nieves in the finance department was also a pleasure to work with and was responsive to my many questions. Eduardo de Santiago was very pleasant and explained the service plan.
