We purchased a used vehicle from countryside, Nissan and after returning home, we’re not completely satisfied with it after a review Rafael the general manager contacted us and wanted to make everything rig after returning home, we’re not completely satisfied with it after a review Rafael the general manager contacted us and wanted to make everything right for us. We said we wanted to return the vehicle. They agreed to give us a full refund for the used vehicle and we purchased a new 2026 Nissan Murano. Christian, our sales person and Rafael the general manager were great to work with and thank you for understanding our concerns.
