John Benedetto was assisting him this time, which was great and gave me the chance to meet another amazing and professional sales representative. They both were very involved in taking care of my requests and delivered the car that I wanted in a very timely manner. The car in the color I wanted was not available on the lot. They both search all surrounding dealerships and found the one I wanted about 90miles away. John made sure to go get it that morning, drive it back, have it shined and serviced just in time for me to pick it up that same afternoon. Rafael had already negotiated the price for me and got the paperwork started. All it took is an additional 30 minutes to sign everything and be on my way out in time for a dinner date. Well, I was still tired out after the process, but John Vanik at Continental Nissan in LaGrange Highlands made the big difference. We never had the feeling that we were being pressured in any way. Instead, John answered all our questions and explained things as we went along. After I actually purchased the vehicle, he sat in the car and uploaded my telephone contacts into my car's system, showed me how to play music on the radio and have it come out as a more rich sound. John also explained all the great safety features on my car, the dashboard and where you open the hood and gas tank. Everyone we met at Continental had a welcoming/how can we help attitude. All in all a fun and pleasant buying experience. More
