Yesterday's experience was typical of all of my servicing visits. The work is always very competently completed, the people at the desk and in the shop always explain thoroughly and thoughtfully what needs to be done, answer all of my questions, and the costs of service are competitive. Yesterday, in particular, without my asking, the service department applied $88 in rewards benefits to my bill. Once he found it we were already tired and ready to go but John told me to stay for a couple minutes because he told me that the VW Tiguan is not only loaded but it was very cheap and he was right and promised I would not be disappointed.
