That is until I reached out to what I’ve come to believe is the best dealership around, and certainly the best one I’ve ever worked with. Every person I interacted with at Continental Nissan was friendly, professional, and honest (kudos to the hiring manager). I had the sincere pleasure of working with John B. in sales from start to finish for the purchase of my new Rogue. When it comes to other sales people in the past, I had come to expect pressure tactics, bait-and-switch, and the most irritating hidden charges and fees! So imagine my surprise when John B. shows me the numbers and it’s exactly what we had discussed with no surprises! I was speechless! Not only was he friendly and approachable, he was also straightforward, honest, and truly worked to get me in the car I wanted at a reasonable price. He even went way out of his way to locate my specific option package in the Midwest region.
