Fast, Excellent Service!! My 2015 Sentra SR had what seemed like transmission issues so I had my car brought over to Countryside Nissan the night of the 28th of July. Within th My 2015 Sentra SR had what seemed like transmission issues so I had my car brought over to Countryside Nissan the night of the 28th of July. Within the next day my car was fixed and it turned out to be a simple brake sensor that was fried. They put my mind at ease as I do a lot of long distance traveling and was in a bind at that time. They repaired the sensor and replaced the taillight with no issues extremely quickly! Excellent service from the guys are Countryside Nissan! Would recommend 10 times out of 10! More

The car I came in for was already sold but John My husband and I just bought a used car from Continential Nissan and had the a wonderful experience. The car I came in for was already sold but John Kowalczyk mentioned another car of the same model at one of Continential's other dealerships. He was able to get the car from the other dealership and let me take it over night so my husband could test drive it. We came back the next day and bought the car. They were able to come down to a fair price for us. The whole process was easy and straight forward. No games were played. Everyone was nice and personable. I would go back there again. More

Amazing Painless Car Buying Experience with John K and Juan Continental Nissan is very close to my home in La Grange Park. After dealing with John K and Juan, my perspective changed on a Car Salesman thinking t Continental Nissan is very close to my home in La Grange Park. After dealing with John K and Juan, my perspective changed on a Car Salesman thinking they are going to be like the rest of them but after meeting John K and Juan, I felt no pressure from the moment John K came up to me and introduced himself. I was at the dealership to look at the Rogue and the original salesman that I dealt with showed no care to sell the car in the beginning because I said we are not buying anything that day because we had to compare it to other makes but I assured him I will make a decision before the end of the month. Well, we came back to the dealership because we loved the Rogue and chose it over the CX-5 and Juan gave a reasonable price and from there John K took care of us. John treated us like a real human being and was very friendly and made the experience extremely fun, easy and quick. I would recommend everyone to go see him if you are a person who hates car shopping because he caught us by surprise and I will be his customer for life. He is up-front, very friendly and he is not biased for Nissan's and said good things about the CRV and the CX-5 but he pointed out why the Rogue would be a better choice over the CX-5 and CRV. After the fact that he said for us to go with the vehicle that we like the best and to not just settle with the least expensive car. That showed he is genuine and trustworthy so I recommend John K to anyone that doesn't like car shopping, I can promise anyone that someone like him is rare to find in the car industry. Thank you Continental Nissan, Juan and John K for making the second time visit 20 times easier and stress free! :) More
