Nice, fun experience John Vanik is just a pleasure to work with. I had called ahead and told him what I was looking for. He had a car ready when I arrived that was within John Vanik is just a pleasure to work with. I had called ahead and told him what I was looking for. He was warm and helpful and I didn't feel pressured into buying the vehicle, even though he'd gone out of his way to have one ready. And Niko, well, let's just say Niko and I share the same taste in music, so the paperwork process ended up being a lot more entertaining than originally anticipated. He had the car and paperwork ready to roll when I arrived. He paid attention to detail. For example, there was a tiny strip of label (?) left on the hood of the car; Chuck noticed, (I didn't) and peeled it off. He took me through the owner's manual, showed me around the exterior, and sat with me in the interior. He explained all the features of the vehicle. It was really great. He's a very cool, sincere guy. More
