Pleasant After reaching out to a few different dealerships, this one was the most I felt comfortable with walking into. I must say it was John that drew me in. After reaching out to a few different dealerships, this one was the most I felt comfortable with walking into. I must say it was John that drew me in. He was attentive to what I was looking for, budget-wise and what my background was with previous experiences. I was there for 5 hours, but John never gave up on us due to the few hiccups that popped up. He's definitely a great asset to this location and would come back if he was my sales guy. I had my car stolen about a month ago and the police found it totalled on the 13th day which was 2 days before it was going to be considered a stolen vehicle. I was in disbelief when they showed me the amount of damage caused on my vehicle. John K as very patient in working with me to finally get the 2016 Nissan Sentra I wanted from day 1. AMAZING PEOPLE! I went into Continental Nissan of Countryside after a long search for my perfect Nissan Sentra. I had inquired to multiple dealerships when I was doin I went into Continental Nissan of Countryside after a long search for my perfect Nissan Sentra. I had inquired to multiple dealerships when I was doing all my homework online. My first call was to check the mileage on the listing I saw for what seemed like my dream car (the online information did not have that included). John K took the time to go find the car and check the current mileage rather then looking up paperwork, I appreciated that he not act bothered by my call to gather more information like I had been treated previously when calling other places. He quickly checked for me and got me all the info I needed and more. I then set a day to come and see it. He had the car all ready for me and never made me feel pressured or rushed. It was a Saturday and I could tell they were packed, but John took his time to show me all the features on the car. Everyone that I encountered there were so helpful and nice. It was surreal. I am a lady in my mid twenties and an aware that in the "car world" I am an easy target to try and manipulate. I never once felt that way there. They respected my time, budget, and special circumstances. They even gave me DOUBLE what Carmax offered me for my trade in car. The financial manager, Nico totally sealed the deal for me. He walked me through the scariest part, the financing! I went in there almost in full panic mode, to leaving feeling a sense of relief and accomplishment. He made the process so quick and worked very hard to get me the best interest rate and warranty that I could with my credit not being so great. Its people like them that make that place so great. I have never been one to write reviews, but I sincerely cannot help but rave about my experience. I will never go anywhere else. John K, Nico and the whole team at Continental Nissan TOTALLY ROCK!
