Now, I am not a fan of buying a car, the usual games and the tedious waiting and negotiating so when I walk into a dealership I want things to run as smoothly as possible. I put a call into Continental to find out if they had what I was looking for. John checked the inventory on the computer, then went and "put hands" on the vehicle to verify that it was there. When we arrived, it was only a MINUTE before John brought us right out to the Murano for a test drive and then onto the deal. Nicely Done! More
