Talk with BJ in the Service Department I brought my 200 NISSAN ALTIMA in for service in November l spoke with BJ. I had to leave my car overnight because of technical problem which the dep I brought my 200 NISSAN ALTIMA in for service in November l spoke with BJ. I had to leave my car overnight because of technical problem which the department spent a large amount of time on. They could not finish the repairs before they closed. BJ was very knowledgeable and explained the problem to me and Nissan paid for rental car for me until my car was done. They were very professional and BJ was a great help and very polite.
