As much of a pleasure as buying a new car can be. Terry Lowy was the first of the sales team we met. He was very knowledgeable and informative, never pushy or aggressive. Sort of like the old TV cop: "just the facts, sir." He explained the details of a prospective deal and extended a strong initial offer. A very credible fellow. Chuck Ippolito closed our deal when Terry was with another customer, and Chuck was also fantastic, and for many of the same reasons as Terry Lowy. The finance guys were all business and no BS. The whole experience at Continental was as much of a pleasure as buying a new car can be. More

I had been going back and forth with my decision between getting a Rouge s or SV. I began talking to different dealerships and I have to say that a majority of them were pushy, didn't listen or care about my needs and just tried to oversell me. In addition some dealers had prices that were great, but i quickly found out were to good to be true. All this changed when I contacted Continental Nissan and spoke with John K. John K. was EXCELLENT and if you are in the market you should definitely ask for him. He is very knowledgeable and can explain the feature differences in the models which helped me make an informed decision. Furthermore, he was not driven by his own interest in the deal, but rather making me happy. He never tried to be pushy or aggressive with selling tactics and was straight forward and upfront about pricing. He worked with me for two days to make sure I got the car I wanted, and even stayed late to finish the deal. While most salesman would stay late, I have to say that I did not even make it to the dealership to purchase my vehicle until after it closed due to traffic. So John K. truly went above and beyond for me. I am very fortunate to have had the car buying experience I did, and its thanks to the wonderful staff at Continental Nissan and John K. in particular. I would highly recommend this dealership. More
