So when it was my turn for a new car, I purchased the 2014 Rogue. While shopping around, Chuck Ippolito was very friendly and made my initial visit very informative. No pressure. So when I decided that was the one I wanted, I went back to Chuck and with the help of Pat and Jay got a good deal and love my car. Had to have 2 parts put on after I accepted delivery and the service department was awesome, nice and helpful. That is why I would only shop at Continental Nissan. More

Wife is happy and so am I. Thanks Matt Wife and I went because my wife wanted a Nissan Rouge. Matt Klein showed us a few, but when he crossed to the Mitsubishi dealer to pick up the keys to Wife and I went because my wife wanted a Nissan Rouge. Matt Klein showed us a few, but when he crossed to the Mitsubishi dealer to pick up the keys to test drive the Rogue my wife saw an Elantra that she just felt in love with. On his way back with the keys to the Rogue I informed Matt of the change of plans and to get the keys to the Elantra but we had a problem, another customer beat us to the test drive. We went in and did all the paperwork and Matt kept us in the loop as to the car. After being told the car was no longer available Matt kept trying to help us find the right car but no luck. Just as we were coming back from the Toyota dealership we get a call that for some odd reason and after 5 hours the car my wife wanted was available and the customer had changed his mind. We went in Matt did all the paper work and we went to see Nick who in less than 15 minutes had us out and in my wife's new car. i know it was late Matt and I appreciate all your help the car was very low on gas so the manager gave us a voucher to go get some gas on them. Great job and keep up the good work. More

Their processes are totally unfriendly to customer While my sales experience at this dealership was pretty good, the service department is a disaster. Their processes are totally unfriendly to customers, they don't listen, don't respond to customers' requests and needs and they happily waste customer's time. Even more importantly, after the three experiences I've had here, I have no confidence at all in their knowledge of their own current vehicles. They make the same mistakes repeatedly. Meantime, Service Manager Lynn Davidson just hides in her office. Buy here only if you have another option in mind for service, maintenance and information and think twice before locking yourself into their maintenance agreement. More
Pleasantly Surprised! My fiance and I were looking to get a car, mind you, "just looking". We had gone to Contenential Honda down the street and decided to go check out the Sentra. The Sentra started at a much lower price. The inside is not as nice as the Honda Civic, but I'm not willing to pay Thousands of dollars for a few shiny buttons. Rafael Rivera really took care of us; he made sure I got the color I wanted at no additional charge, gave us a package deal on our next oil changes/tire rotations, had the car there when promised. One of the most pleasant experiences that I have ever had at a car dealer. For the first time I did not walk away feeling taken advantage of. We went through Costco, so we were able to see the invoice price and paid under that!!! Will definitely be buying my next car from Rafael. More
Would never purchase a car here again So many things went wrong during my car buying experience. Everything from them trying to add service fees for things that were done to the car BEFORE So many things went wrong during my car buying experience. Everything from them trying to add service fees for things that were done to the car BEFORE I even looked at the car, to the ticket price, to them playing little mind games. Next step was getting all my loan paperwork messed up and having to go back after already buying the car so they could correct the $5000 error that they did, they charged me that extra amount of money. Save yourself the headache and don't shop here. More

Not wanting to drag him around to a dozen dealerships I called Continental Nissan and a couple other stores for pricing. Rafael Rivera was wonderful to work with and able to match the price we were looking for. When we arrived we were assisted by Mark Bugajski. After the Rogue we selected was sent to be detailed and the paperwork was in process, I noticed a better equipped model on the lot in our price range. Without hesitation Mark stopped the paperwork, grabbed the keys and was able to negotiate a great price on the second Rogue. Mark and Rafael were great. They made negotiations easy, and we were able to get more truck for my Dad than anticipated for a great price. Thank you to Rafael, Mark and the entire staff at Continental for taking such great care of us. More
