He lets you know that needs to be maintained in your car, he's nice and tells you on point. And makes it clear when he explains things to you. After evaluating our choices and narrowing our selection, we decided to return to Continental Nissan. . Our salesman Bo Cvetkovski, was accommodating and knowledgeable about the vehicle. Though we were not able to get the exact color from vehicles in stock, we were able to work out a deal with us. Even after having an issue with financing, I was able to meet with Juan Nieves the sales manager and come to an agreement on the price. I would recommend buying a car from Continental Nissan. BL More

Agreeing on price, I returned two days later to take possession. AJ is a very personable, accommodating young man who made my car buying experience virtually painless. I negotiated a purchase for a 2014 Pathfinder via email. Out the door price and every detail was agreed upon. When my wife arrived, he switched the vehicles, changed the 3 yr service agreement which was included, and then tried to fool us with finance rates. Our credit score is 838, top score, but he said it was only good enough for a 9% rate, is he serious.He tried to take advantage of my wife, insulted her. He lied and tried to take advantage of the situation. Do not trust this dealership. I bought the same car from another dealership for $1000 less and a finance rate of 1.9%. More
I purchased a Nissan Leaf and while we were out on a trip to Brookfield Zoo. Due to the cold weather we became unsure if we could make it all the way back home to Aurora. Patrick was VERY helpful to the poin to Brookfield Zoo. Due to the cold weather we became unsure if we could make it all the way back home to Aurora. Patrick was VERY helpful to the point of even offering to stay late on a Saturday to give us the extra time necessary to put enough charge in our battery to get us home. I purchased a vehicle from Nissan Continental in July of 2013. I must say that I am totally pleased with my purchase. My salesperson, AJ Simpson was fantastic. He even showed me a few of the used cars to think about. I left and still looked around. A few days later I found myself back at Nissan Continental to purchase a new car. I couldn't see myself purchasing a car without the help of anyone other than AJ Simpson, seeing as though he had already helped me out so much. I purchased a used Honda Accord from Continental Nissan in August 2013. I was very happy with the service I received from my salesperson, Ben, and from the finance person, Juan. I feel I paid a very fair price based on sales in the area and Kelly Blue Book comparisons. I also was able to secure financing with a low monthly payment. As a single mom with so many priorities I have to juggle every day, a couple weeks had passed before I finally got around to trying my CD player. I was so excited because it is a 6 disc CD player. I couldn't get a CD to go into it. I figured I must have been doing something wrong. I finally took the time to read the owners manual, but still could not get it to work. I took it to the dealership and an employee confirmed that it was not working. Consequently, I had purchased a car with a CD player that was not working, even though it was an advertised feature. I reached out to the General Sales Manager, Mike Connelley, via email and explained the situation to him. He had gotten great customer service reviews on this website. He agreed that I should have had a working CD player when I purchased the car and agreed to replace the CD player at no cost!!!! I was thrilled! It was so refreshing and such a relief to see a dealership do the right thing!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! I would definitely recommend this dealership and especially Mike Connelley to everyone!!! Irene More
